Being an Outsider

Jesus attracted people from all different backgrounds. But does the Church? Do Jesus’ followers represent Jesus in a way that makes the onlooking world at least curious to follow Jesus? From the beginning, this is a question that the Church has wrestled with. Today, we will look at the struggle Peter had when it came to the second discipline of an outward-focused church; They evaluate all things through the eyes and ears of outsiders.
