The Beatitudes

What makes you happy? This is the question we will contemplate as we start the summer together. Sometimes it seems that happiness and Christianity are mutually exclusive. Yet Jesus began his most famous message by talking about what makes people happy. We call His statements “The Beatitudes,” but they are so much more than statements. They are eternal truths that hold the power to unlock what we all hope for happiness.
